Shipping & Returns

When a shipping preference is indicated on a Customer’s order, Customer will be advised of the amount of the shipping & handling charges before their order is accepted and processed by Yayin Canada. Following approval by the Customer, the charges for shipping & handling will be applied to the Customer’s invoice. These charges will appear as a separate line on the invoice(s) and are subject to all applicable taxes.

Customer assumes all responsibility for shipments once they accepted by the transport company.

All products are warranted free from defected at the time of shipping. Damages and/or spoilage resulting from mishandling, incorrect storage and/or exposure to extreme temperatures are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted.
